The FMCS (Facility Monitoring and Control System) projectinvolves the detailed design, construction, and commissioning ofautomation systems for all 21 individual factory buildings. Thesystem consists ofone pair ofredundant WinCC servers, one pairof redundant historical data servers, one engineering station,seven operator stations, and three sets of redundant AS410 fieldcontrol stations.The project scope includes control of cleanroomHVAC, general HVAC, process exhaust systems, process coolingwater systems, medium- and low-temperature chilled watersystems, as well as integration with third-party packagedequipment such as ultrapure water, wastewater, gas, andchemical systems. Additionally, it covers the leak detectionsystem and energymanagement system(EMS).
