This project involves the DCS/SlS systems and completeinstrumentation equipment and installation for the vitamin A oiland D3 oil production line. The site is a Class-l explosion-proofworkshop with a compact and densely arranged layout, requiringhigh standards for equipment installation and grounding.

The DCS adopts the Siemens PCS7 system, with a separately designed SlS system. The central control room is equipped withone engineering station, one redundant server, and six operatorstations (including four explosion-proof field operator stations). Atotal of 16 remote l/0 stations with anti-corrosion coating areinstalled on-site, along with isolating safety barriers and multiplethird-party device communication interfaces.

The SlMlT simulation platform is used to validate theconfiguration program, reducing the commissioning period whileensuringa successful first trial run.
